TAG project managed and superintended the delivery of this facility under extremely tight deadlines and complex machinery housing requirements. The project demanded an adaptive approach with strong risk management and design foresight. Working collaboratively with VOS and McConnell Dowell, TAG coordinated all required design elements to ensure successful delivery—ready in time for manufacturing to commence on the new bridge in Hobart.
