TAG worked in conjunction with Hamton’s design team, providing design management input from pre-planning through to the detailed design stage. Our involvement focused on maximising the project’s potential by adding additional NSA and rationalising both the building layout and car parking areas. By streamlining these elements, we not only improved efficiency but also enhanced the overall value and functionality of the development.
