TAG conducted detailed design reviews, including basement optimisation, which enabled the removal of a basement level within the water table—significantly reducing construction costs. Working collaboratively with the design team both pre- and post-planning, TAG provided valuable input as the building design evolved, helping to increase NSA while reducing construction costs at tender.
