TAG was engaged post first round of tendering for this small development comprising eleven apartments and office space. As the project was over budget, we undertook significant scrutiny of all consultants’ designs, design parameters and documentation. Our value-adding and value-engineering addressed the budget concerns and made the project viable

Through a two-stage process we achieved:

  • 20.7% net project saving   

  • 23.8% increase in net leasable area

  • 5.7% growth in project value
