Northcote

This project was a medium-sized development featuring forty-nine apartments and three tenancies in Northcote. TAG was engaged post Town Planning approval as the development was achieving a satisfactory return, however a new set of eyes and a different approach was required in order to increase value and reach the development’s full potential.

Through a two-stage process we achieved:

-      $3.47 million additional sales revenue

-      19% growth of net saleable area

-      5% increase in overall building efficiency
