Abbotsford

Comprising sixty apartments and two retail spaces, this medium-scale project in Abbotsford was set to bring in minimal profit. TAG was engaged following Town Planning approval, with the client willing to trust in our process, enabling the development to reach its maximum potential. We interrogated the design in order to make the site work harder and realise this goal.

Through a two-stage process we achieved:

-      $6.5 million additional sales revenue

-      17.5% increase in net saleable area

-      23% increase in overall building efficiency

-      3.6% reduction of gross floor area
