Southbank
This forty storey development, consisting of 185 apartments and two retail spaces, was not buildable nor profitable before TAG was engaged. We stepped in following Town Planning approval and reworked the design to deliver a buildable design with appropriate profits.
Through a two-stage process the following was achieved:
- 70% typical apartment floor plate efficiency
- increase from 53% to 61% of overall building efficacy
- 3657m2 reduction in gross floor area, whilst NLA+NSA only reduced by 140m2
- 5503m2 reduction in gross building area
