TAG was engaged during the design phase of this full floor office fitout for a multi-disciplined group of companies on a 1100m2 floor plate. We liaised with the consultant team to value-manage the design and then value-engineer the documentation phase, which needed to be especially rigorous due to the tight budget.

Throughout the two-stage process, we achieved a 15% reduction in the mechanical contract.
