A boutique development of twenty apartments, TAG came into this project post construction tender with the aim to reduce construction cost. Our goals were to achieve target construction pricing, while increasing the overall use of the site and maximising returns.

We completed a single-stage review, resulting in a 13% reduction in construction pricing, meaning the project was feasible for the developer.
