TAG undertook a review of this high-end development consisting of twenty-four apartments and three retail tenancies. We were engaged post construction tender to reduce construction cost and increase the efficiency of the building.

This project benefited from our ability to think outside the box, as our single-stage review resulted in a better utilisation of the site and a reduction of the construction cost by 12–20%, depending on the proposal adopted.
